This is a completely insane pumpkin dessert that you don’t yet know you need!
My friend Kim made this years ago and I was shocked at how amazing it tasted compared to how easy it was to make. Your home will smell divine!

INGREDIENTS
1 - 29 ounce can Pumpkin Pie Mix OR plain pumpkin puree
1 - 6 ounce can evaporated milk
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1/2 pound butter (2 sticks), melted and cooled slightly
1.5 cups chopped Pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Pour into a 9x13 cake pan or casserole dish.
Sprinkle cake mix over the top.
Distribute pecans over the cake mix.
Drizzle melted butter over the whole mixture.
Bake for one hour.
This is great with ice cream while still just a bit warm.
Enjoy!
